7. AI, Automation, and Output Limitations
AI and automation systems may generate outputs, classifications, summaries, extracted data, recommendations, responses, or workflow actions based on available inputs, integrations, and configuration. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable without human review.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, AI-generated or automation-generated outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them for business decisions or external communication.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Javionix solutions may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, cloud services, communication tools, productivity tools, CRMs, databases, or other business systems where required by a project. The availability, performance, pricing, security, policies, and limitations of such third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, data loss, limitations, account restrictions, pricing changes, API changes, or other issues caused by third-party services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, design elements, graphics, branding, solution descriptions, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Javionix unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Ownership of project-specific deliverables, source code, configurations, documentation, models, datasets, workflows, or custom assets will be handled according to the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared through an initial website enquiry is not automatically treated as confidential unless we separately agree to confidentiality terms in writing. Please avoid sharing highly confidential or sensitive information through the general contact form.
For active projects, confidentiality obligations should be documented in a separate agreement, proposal, statement of work, non-disclosure agreement, or other written arrangement as appropriate.
